    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Lead and manage the entire recruitment process to the end.
    • Plan and develop right recruitment sources to ensure new job openings are filled within the timeframe
    • Oversees job vacancies posting in job portals, website, LinkedIn and social medias
    • Communicating with recruitment agencies to find the qualified candidates for job openings
    • Supervise the team to achieve recruitment KPI in short period
    • Prepare monthly recruitment report to Management
    • Perform other duties assigned by Head of Department

    Job Requirements

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree (or) other relevant academic backgrounds (MBA degree holder and International graduate is preferable!)
    • Age between 30 ~  40 years old
    • Have at least (7) years of working experience in Recruiting and Selection field
    • Sound knowledge of HR best practices and local labor law
    • Good presentation skill, communication skill, negotiation skill and problem solving skill
    • Ability to travel to remote area as necessary
    • Computer literate and proficient in English (Written and Verbal)
    • Myanmar Nationality Only
