1. Travel Itineraries preparation and price calculation must be accurately described as spelling, photography matching, and Selling Price without error.
Calculation and Selling Price of all Incentive Tours must be sold only after the manager or supervisor’s permission.
2. Must take full responsibility for the written statements and price calculations of the trip.
(Except for changes in the relevant country and USD currency rate)
3. Quality and Price of travel must be negotiated and created an excellent journey, weighing the market's needs and the sales of other agents.
4. Quotation & Travel Itineraries must be accomplished within a deadline for all trips.
** (If necessary, you must do overtime (O.T) with the permission of the manager or superior.) **
5. Air Ticket Group Booking must be connected to the airlines personally, must do the making Booking, reservation, adjusting prices, and negotiating payment dates, as directed by the manager or supervisor.
6. Must visit Sales Call Appointments outside the office hours and make telephone calls and explain them if necessary.
7. If the trip is confirmed, all Passengers' Special Request (meals, seats, accommodation, etc..) and Reservation & Booking Process must be performed by explaining in detail the passenger's payment system and visa requirements.
8. E.O and Voucher must be systematically opened and reported to the relevant accountant or accountant (C.A.) in accordance with the Finance Dept procedure.
9. Throughout the course of his planned trip, he must always communicate with the Tour Leader and take responsibility for the on the Spot Changes and the needs of the passengers in a timely manner.
10. At the end of the trip, the decision of the relevant manager or supervisor must be close to the estimated cost calculation before the trip is confirmed.
11. Collective Tours must do their best to meet the number of passengers specified and take responsibility for the sale.
12. Within the first week of the end of each month, the accountant (C.A.) and the financial statements of the trips must be completed.
13. Within a month, the Hotel Booking, Car Rental Service, Travel product and travel report (Monthly report) must be sent to M.D. and Sales Manager on the day of the accountants and lists have been confirmed.
14. Although it is not the country in which you are responsible for, you must periodically assist the colleague in the traveling work under the direction of the manager or the supervisor.
15. Must be responsible for the assigned works assigned by Manager or Superior.
