Job Purpose:

  1. Responsible for design, development and implementation of all Commercial products for ATOM Business while taking full P&L ownership.
  2. Develop product partnership strategy that supports the strategic objectives and interests of B2B business
  3. Strategic planning and management of the entire product portfolio

Principal Accountabilities:

  1. Responsible to design and development of all ATOM Business products for both short term and long-term strategic products to drive growth and achieve market leadership
  2. Take responsibility for the strategic direction, enhancement and financial performance of ATOM B2B portfolio of products and services
  3. Lead and develop product roadmaps for all products and synthesize product requirements for an end-to-end customer journey covering the entire stack— mobile and connectivity, cloud solutions, data and Value added services
  4. Establish a clear view of customer needs, simplifying complex issues and developing appropriate solutions for their needs. Oversee analysis of customer requirements to define product strategies and identify product opportunities to grow market share
  5. Manage the lifecycle of new product and service development through launch - opportunity assessment, requirements definition, pricing, competitive analysis, development, and product launch.
  6. Develop and deploy wholesale solutions for IoT technology, creating strategic partnerships with partner firms - both inside and outside the group - structuring & pricing offerings and creating the business case(s) for the services
  7. Write Product Requirement Documents that clearly define what is needed to create a competitive offering. Contribute to the development of sales tools and collateral
  8. Knowledge on ICT Product (Such as IPT Telephony, LAN, MPLS, Managed Service, Data centers, Hosted PABX, cloud, Managed Wi fi, Data networks like DIA, DPLC , Satellite etc, IoT & M2M like Vehicle tracking, digital metering etc
  9. Oversee the development, and scheduling of ongoing training for direct and indirect customers for use of the IoT products. Provide hands-on leadership and direction to a team of Product & Marketing professionals within team
  10. Continually interact with outside vendors, consultants, partners and customers in order to make sound, recommendations for strategic decisions regarding implementation alternatives across the entire stack
  11. Research emerging IoT technologies and develop POC’s on proposed technologies with internal and external partners
  12. Partner with engineering, data security, software architects, program management, support, data scientists and other cross-functional teams and stakeholders to develop multi-year roadmaps for a rapidly growing customer base
  13. Identify market and customer insights that can be translated into product and technology partnership opportunities
  14. Drive the identification, evaluation, negotiation, and management of key strategic partnerships involving product, technology and/or GTM components.
  15. Evaluate the economic and strategic cost-benefit of partnerships.
  16. Collaborate across functions including IT, finance, marketing & sales to both co-develop and drive cross org alignment on the plans to ensure buy-in, shared vision and execution priority.
  17. Delivery of opportunity maps, plans, projections and plays for cross company investment decisions.
  18. Definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company strategy
  19. Create and present visionary innovations (occasionally in front of investors or analysts), strategic decision proposals, as well as the calculation of business cases

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of work experience within or across product management, corporate strategy, strategy consulting and business development.
  • 5+ years of experience developing, leading, or executing commercial partnerships.
  • Demonstrated track record of creating or managing complex strategic partnership agreements.
  • Technology depth and breadth in the unified communications and/or data and AI domains. Highly credible with senior technologists, product leaders, and CxO audiences.
  • Strong numerical fluency, analytical problem-solving skills, and the ability to synthesize data from multiple sources to identify insights and drive high impact decisions.
  • Excellent communication, leadership skills with the ability to influence at senior levels without authority to drive executive buy-in and alignment.
  • Exceptional business judgement using strong strategic thinking, customer centricity and appreciation for execution / operational excellence.
