  • To have through understanding and knowledge of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend food & beverage combinations and up sell alternative
  • To ensure that the place of work and surrounding area is kept clean and organized at all times.
  • To handle guest enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • To establish a rapport with guests maintaining good customer relationship
  • To report guest complaints or problems to supervisors if no immediate solution can be found and assure follow up with guests.
  • To carry out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned
  • To perform opening and closing procedures established for the place of work as assigned

  • Passed university entrance or any graduate with a relevant certificate
  • At least 1 years’ experience in F&B service.
  • Presentable with excellent customer service skills
  • Able to communicate in English
