Warehouse Management

• Receiving , keeping, picking, issuing and set up procedures  accordingly,
• To follow up & polish for  existing warehouse  procedure 
• Controlling & Implementation Stock management 
• Responsible is not only for WH  in Yangon  but also 
• Premium's WH (MDY , NPT  etc ., )branches 

Health and safety

• Ensure workplace health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.
• Reviewing procedure and supervising staff 

Training /cooperation

• Responsible to train team members 
• Need prompt action if any case report from subordinate 
• Coaching Subordinate to follow up as Policy , Rules & regulations
• Understand the support group and product needs 
• Cooperation with Mdz team for the issuing and transfer 
• Cooperation with I & E  team for unloading 
• To analysis  all damage and expiry rates and reporting to management ( weekly, monthly , Quarterly , Annually )

Maintaining

• Team leaders and supervisors and deal with personnel issues such as the recruitment, training and discipline of staff.
• Maintaining standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment, for example, ensuring that stock such as chemicals and food are stored safely;
• following up to ensure that the plan to achieve the goals is being carried out in such a way that its accomplishment is assured.

Product knowledge 

• to have good understanding /the desire to learn the knowledge of product under the company

Reporting

• to fulfill all reporting requirement by the management
• to report stocks shortage over on container arrival

Record keeping

• to maintain neat and tidy recording of all information in share Folder

Leadership

• Lead and coach team members to achieve  KPIs
• Staff Recruitment for lower positions 
• Process training to the team to ensure proper adherence of company procedures
• Holding regular internal meeting within department and with others for the improvement of daily operation

Team Work

• to work with other divisions to improve current process
• to work with team members to strengthen team bonding

• Above 5 years in Supervisory level
• Any Graduate 
• Product Knowledge
• Management Skill
