Warehouse Supervisor

Reports To

Warehouse Supervisor will report to Assistant Warehouse Manager and Warehouse Manager.

Job Overview

Responsible for maintaining, overseeing inventory, supplies by receiving, storing and delivery items. In addition, they are responsible for securing warehouse as well as supervising staff.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Checking stocks receive GRN, sale return and branches return.
  • Receiving container unloading.
  • Supervise to outside labours and warehouse assistants when the container unloading.
  • Supervise the 100% open check GRN shortage, damage and cover damage.
  • GRN entry.
  • Supervise to place the stocks respective area.
  • Supervise to warehouse assistants for stocks taking, bin-card entry and balance check.
  • Checking expire date and quantity daily issue DO, Branches transfer and dealers.
  • Checking ground stocks balance, Bin card and system update.
  • Temperature record entry.
  • Report to manager for stocks balance, ground stocks taking conditions.

Job Requirements

Qualification

Any Graduated

(2) years of experience as a Warehouse Supervisor Roll.

Language and Other Skills

  • English – Fair
  • Commercial Driver’s License.
  • Abililty to manage inventory.
  • Excellent Communication, Interpersonal skills, Strong Organizational, Time Management kills
  • Ability to direct and coordinate operations

  • Certificates, Licenses, Registrations

  • Diploma or Certificate of Logistics, Supply Chain Management or Business Administration.
