  • Maintain consistent and sufficient stock levels to meet demands
  • Anticipate and react to shortages and changes in inventory
  • Analyze data and statistics to continually improve processes
  • Use the inventory dashboard to track characteristics, types, and movement
  • Audit processes and inventory to track performance
  • Oversee and control inventory coming in and out of the warehouse
  • Find ways to reduce costs and optimize control procedures
  • Manage and collaborate with a team of warehouse/inventory workers
  • Report findings, reports, and data to senior management
  • Arrange inbound and outbound logistics ways

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
  • Able to converse and write in basic English
  • At least two (2) years of working experience in Inventory background, preferably in retail business
  • Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills
  • Follow a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)
  • Use of MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Usage of systems (Odoo)
