• Be responsible to manage day-to-day operations in warehouse by ensuring adequate manpower to perform warehouse duties. Plan and coordinate with sales team to ensure timely support delivery product to customer.
• Responsible to manage for daily tasks such as restocking shelves, accepting incoming orders, processing and packing orders, counting inventory and ensuring orders are shipped in a timely manner.
• Responsible for fulfilling the receiving, processing and storing inventory according to warehouse policy.

• Counter check warehouse inventory ground & BIN and SAP harmonizing
• Manage expenditure of warehouse expenses and cost saving
• Monthly report preparation and presentation
• Warehouse & Logistics Yearly/Quotably budget preparation
• Stock management as well as write off simulation 
• Responsible to manage warehouse all security matters
• Manage delivery team to timely deliver to customers with customer satisfaction as well as customer returns matters
• Manage receiving Inventory Transfer stock from Yangon to Mandalay and as well as direct shipment from borders
• Monthly Vehicle maintenance cost saving and vehicle fuel consumption analysis
• Closely working with Sales, Procurements and Customer Care Dept and supporting their needs
• Arrange stock clearance, ageing/ write off simulation, resolve problems complaints
• Responsible for warehouse development and cost saving
• To ensure warehouse & logistics operations run smoothly and that people are productive
• Overseeing warehouse employees/Labors operations. Improve results by assigning tasks to the team properly.
• Resolve all complaints/Issues customers or vendors face on time
• Plan future capacity requirements
• Ensure inventories are accurate and control inventory levels by ensuring

physical counts are conducted and reconciled with automated system

utilizing help of the warehouse team

• Create and implement best practice warehousing principles, SOP, policies and

Processes

• Coaching, manage and develop warehouse staff and team leaders to

optimize performance and meet targets and deadlines

• Must have Bachelor Degree
• Strongly knowledge of Logistics Management Field
• Must be 7 to 10 years and Warehouse & Logistics working experience in related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must be under 40 years old.
• Must have Diploma (or) Certificate of Warehouse & Logistics Management
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Ability to anticipate and solve problems.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Proficient with data entry and inventory SAP software and systems
