  • Coordinate the end-to-end warehouse processes, from inbound management to stock handling, storing, and order dispatching on a timely basis.         
  • Ensures effective utilization of Yangon warehouse areas and observes proper loading, unloading, stocking and safekeeping of items to maintain the quality of goods.
  • To ensure to reach KPI of inventory, lose and damage, shortage and accurate trans-shipment.
  • Produce reports and statistics regularly (Inventory/operation/space utilization and improvement plan).
  • Maintaining documentation and keeping accurate records of warehouse activities.
  • Maintaining awareness and knowledge of condition and location of fleet vehicles.
  • Managing the receipt, storage, and distribution of warehouse goods.
  • Motivating, organizing, and disciplining staff.
  • Monitor the quality of services that have to comply.
  • Ensuring effective, safe operations by implementing procedures and policies
  • Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene, and security
  • Analyzing logistics data to increase productivity and aid in loss prevention
  • Manage employees in the warehouse to ensure all are following designated job descriptions and SOPs.
  • Plan work roster, assign tasks appropriately and appraise results.
  • To ensure to reach KPI of inventory, lose and damage, shortage and accurate trans-shipment.

Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in warehouse management field and can lead the warehouse team to reach the organizational goals.
  • Working knowledge of performance/operation metrics.
  • Good commend in leadership and people management skill.
  • Proficient knowledge of inventory and inventory controls & familiar with warehouse management system.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Outstanding communication and people skill, leadership, organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced Warehouse environment.
  • Hand on experience in MS office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
