  • Create a safe working environment for employees by putting in place safety measures to prevent accident and complications that may arise during work. Also provide safety gear to employees for protection in the event of accidents.
  • Manage product picking and delivery in a timely manner. Minimize errors in picking and data entry system.
  • Ensure standard of storage are optimized in compliance with specified SOPs.
  • Identify root causes and perform corrective actions and preventive actions on internal and external audit findings.
  • Check all equipment and machines are standing by to operate.
  • Ensure warehouses are operating at optimal efficiency by planning, organizing, leading and training the warehouse team.
  • Plan efficient warehousing operations through product handling and storage requirements, equipment utilization and inventory management.
  • Ensure Warehouse Management Systems run effectively to maintain accuracy and drive productivity.
  • Manage daily operations of the warehouse, including timely receiving and outbound, Inventory control, space management, quality control, site security and customer service.
  • Manage stock movements while ensuring integrity of inventory accuracy.
  • Oversee warehouse workflow to ensure productivity, quality and customer service standards are met.
  • Collaborate with other departments to achieve organizational goals.
  • Ensure effective waste and return management is maintained.

  • Any Graduated
  • English ( 4 Skills )
  • Advanced Microsoft Office user
  • Minimum 3 years experiences in related job field.
  • Working experience in oversea is a plus
  • Must be able to travel if needed
