As a warehouse manager, you'll need to:

• Resolve any complications stemming from documentations and processes with departments that communicate with the warehouse.
• Retain location plans for the warehouse at all times and keep track of the location of inventory.
• Use space and mechanical handling equipment efficiently, making sure quality, budgetary targets and environmental objectives are met
• Coordinate and monitor the receipt, order, assembly and dispatch of goods
• Thoroughly inspect the loading process carried out by the laborers to ensure fast delivery of products
• Double-check inventory outflow to make sure the correct products are taken out in a proper manner. Keep stock control systems up to date and make sure inventories are accurate.
• Ensure that the products in physical ground stock matches those in computer’s actual stock balance and are up-to-date. Plan future capacity requirements.
• Scrutinize the expertise, attitudes, and behaviors of employees to maintain proper conduct.
• Modify recruitment processes and employee responsibilities accordingly and request additional required training from the higher-ups.
• Coach, counsel, and discipline employees based on their performance and results.
• Monitor employee progress while conducting performance appraisals, analyzing benefits reaped from job results, and planning for future tasks and activities.
• Settle any problems/difficulties arising from employees and laborers, and support them through team-bonding.
• Liaise with customers (internal or external), suppliers and transport companies
• Coordinate the use of automated and computerized systems where necessary
• Respond to and deal with respective department communication by email, team, ZOOM and telephone
• Motivate, organize and encourage teamwork within the workforce to ensure productivity targets are met or exceeded
• Produce regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis to respective line supervisor
• Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment
• Oversee the planned maintenance of vehicles, machinery and equipment
• Where appropriate, oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse management systems and automated storage and retrieval systems.
• Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these
• Other duties may be assigned by CEO, Logistics & Supply Change Manager and Line Supervisor.
• Must be able to do duties and responsibilities assigned by the company in accordance with business requirements.

• Any graduate
• 3++ years’ experience in a warehouse lead role managing hourly employees
• Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure and policy
• Excellent problem-solving skills and leadership qualities
• Ability to work with all levels of company staff
• Comfortable delivering frequent direct written and oral feedback
• Proficient with smartphones, tablets, laptops, email, ZOOM, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook with the ability to learn new service software
• Ability to travel moderately withing assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree in electrical engineering or logistics
• Proficiency with SCM+ for warehouse management
