Responsible for Shipping agent payment arrangement to Finance and Account .
Send doc to Air Cargo terminal ( Airport ) / Sea send by Mail.
Pick up cargo at Air cargo terminal ( Airport ) if Air
Arrange with warehouse for cargo incoming if sea
Return balance Money and document and send Finance and Account stock location after shipment arrive
Main Tasks
Support the function of Ware house
Internal Contacts:

General Manager
Marketing Manager
Aftersales Manager
Account and Finance Manager
HR Manager
External Contacts:
VCC Regional Office
Agencies & 3rd party suppliers.
Profile of Requirements

Qualifications required:

University degree in Business Administration/Graduate OR Other Qualification.

Experiences required:
Warehouse experience (2 + years)
Technical Skills required:
Good in Microsoft Package ( Specially for Excel )
Good in Analyse of data ( Logic ).
Can Speak English Well.
Can drive the Car.
Social Skills / Behavioural Competencies required:
Other requirements:
Good appearance , trustworthy.
Good interpersonal skills, motivated , and energetic .
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good command in English,
Valid Myanmar Driving License ( Car )
