Position Purpose / Context

Ensure Smooth and efficient depot operations. Ensure proper execution on manning & resourcing management.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

  • Smooth and efficient depot operations. Proper manning & resourcing.
  • Coordinate for maintaining Depot stocks as per norms. Storage of stocks as per current warehouse program.
  • Protect and maintain the integrity of stocks in the warehouse by ensuring proper Housekeeping practices
  • Ensure that over aged (BBD stocks), damaged & rejected products are properly quarantined and stored away from the good stocks.
  • Maintain proper records for warehouse inventory along with batch/ date codes for stocks received, dispatched, damaged, and rejected stocks
  • To compline with QSE,GMP,Food Safety and CAD requirements
  • Productivity improvement and KPIs are prior

Job Requirements

Key Skills and Competencies required

  •  People Management
  •  Sufficient knowledge of MS office so as to prepare reports independently.
  •  High energy levels and commitment
  •  Experience in managing team of 30 to 40 people.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

  •  University/Bachelor’s Degree
  •  Preferably having prior experience of around 5 years in a warehouse operational role.
