• Supervises subordinate personnel including: determining workload and delegating assignments, training, monitoring and evaluating performance by reviewing staff every 3, 6 month or as directed also hold regularly scheduled staff meeting and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions.
• Develops or modifies rules, policies, or standards, etc.
• To manage warehouse operations of receiving, stock control, staging and supply to Production line.
• To manage production handling ensure assembly line smooth flow.
• Conducts regular and/or sport check inventories of merchandise, supplies, or equipment.
• Maintains accurate records as required.
• Plans and establishes short and long range warehousing layout and storage space plans. Initiates maintenance, ensure proper storage and disposition, etc.
• Develops and analyzes management reports to ensure effectiveness of this operation.
• Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements
EDUCATION:
• Bachelor Degree in any field
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
ESSENTIAL:
• Computer skills, Good English and presentable.
• Minimum of 5 years experiences.
• Warehouse procedures and techniques including sorting, stacking, checking, data.
• Applicable laws, rules, regulation and/or policies and procedures.
• Conduct a methodical examination of warehouse practice.
• Evaluate information against a set of performance objective.
• Correctly follow a given rule or set of rules in order to arrange things or actions in a certain order.
• Maintain inventory; track receipt, sending and delivery of materials via the DMS System.
• Assemble, sort, and/or distribute document, supplies, and/or materials/items
• Arrange, coordinate, or schedule time and details
• Supervise others by assigning/directing work; conducting employee evaluations, staff training and development, taking appropriate disciplinary/corrective actions, making hiring/termination recommendations.
• Develop and/or implement new policies/ procedures/ standards and/or rules/ regulations as directed.
