Up to date physical ground stock list
Monitor the receipt, order, and delivery of goods
Maintain standard of health, safety and security of the work environment
Maintain & follow warehouse team rules & regulation
Must be consistent with good issue date and invoice date
Ensure to follow FIFO method
Must be inform to operation admin in advance before stock lack
Up to date (Stock In) report
Must be consistent with physical ground stock list & inventory list
Receive information & Order Form from operation admin and prepare order (both site & sales team)
Support to sites order in time to smooth operation if needed the stocks
Up to date good issue list in record book, prepare issue form and inform in WH group
Manage operation team to deliver goods in time
Prepare weekly physical ground stock report/Regular order delivery report/Weekly stock In/Out Report/Monthly damage report and send to superiors
