Ensure high standards of health services that are complaint with local regulations and improve the
overall well-being of employees. Ensure that all operations implement the Company’s standard for
health and implement the direction for strategies that improve the health services delivery through
internal medical facilities and practitioners, as well as through external medical care providers.

• Emergency medical treatment upon accident happens and contact/ appoint hospital or medical center for serious accident beyond office hour.
• Contact local government department for legislation update and share information within organization in time. Report immediate superior monthly in accordance with organization requirement.
• Professional medical advice to promote health and safety in workplace and seek continual improvement in health and safety
• To conduct first aid training, hygienic training and awareness program on diseases to staffs.
• To advise/ alert staffs for any health issues time to time. Healthcare talk to be conducted at each business location monthly. Maintained a quality, clean and safe company's medical clinic. Alcohol test to be implemented as and when required.
• Pre-employment and annual medical check-up program to be implemented effectively for all staffs.
• Vaccination program to be implemented effectively. Annual medical treatment for staffs.
• Summarize and collate information and prepare monthly KPI report to Labor & Employee Relations +
• D&I Manager. Keep accurate records and confidentiality while completing monthly reports for the
• company so as to inform plans and actions. Performs other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.
• Total Well being-Implement wellness initiatives that ensure a safe and healthy work environment for our associates

• Basic computerized skill
