Job Description
-Responsible for water, boiler water, waste water, cooling tower water & condensate water quality check.
-Responsible for water/waste water quality compliance with government guidelines.
-Must have knowledge of water analyzing and Water treatment system( RO&DM)
- Must familiar with the water testing equipment's such as TDS, Silica PH, Conductivity etc.
- Must familiar with the chemicals used in water treatment and can maintain the chemical stocks.
-Perform water/waste water sampling.
-Stock check for spare parts, dosing chemicals and lab reagent chemicals.
-Able to coordinate with other department for job related matters.
-Perform maintenance tasks for WTP and ETP together with maintenance team and E&I team.
- Assist supervisor for third party lab analysis.
-Make sure fresh water distribution to designated area with no interruption.
-Do 5S.
-Do proper handover/takeover shift.
-Able to work Day/Night Shift.
-Perform ad-hoc job if need to do.
-Must follow Wilmar safety standards always.
