1. Assist class teachers in preparing effective lessons in order to achieve targeted learning outcomes and results.
2. Assist class teachers in managing the classroom effectively, efficiently and productively.
3. Comply with designated policies and practices, and successfully implement all learning activities according to organization’s guidelines.
4. Discuss and reflect lesson plans, suggest innovative and effective activities with the class teacher in order to achieve targeted lessons.
5. Ensure to manage the classroom successfully in the absence of class teachers.
6. Collaborate with class teachers to solve students’ expected and unexpected learning issues, personal problems, and suggest alternative solution.
7. Effectively monitor and supervise students in and out of the classroom activities in order to avoid unnecessary incidents.
8. Assist students individually or in groups, especially students with special needs, in order to successfully deliver the lessons.
9. Ensure all the required teaching aids and materials are ready for class teachers so that the lessons are delivered effectively, efficiently, productively and successfully.
10. Build strong rapport with the students both in and out of the classroom.
11. Build sincere and friendly relationship with parents and guardians regarding students’ achievement and well-being.
12. Enthusiastically and attentively participate in lesson discussions, meetings, professional development trainings and organization’s social activities with positive attitude and manner.
13. Do record keeping, such as tracking attendance and checking answer papers required materials.
