Daily Production စာရင်းကောက်ယူမှုအား ကြည့်ရှုပြီး Reject ရှိပါက Reject Rate တွက်ချက်ခြင်း၊ သတ်မှတ်စံချိန်၊ စံညွန်းအတိုင်းထုတ်ကုန်များရရှိစေရန်အတွက် Production တာ၀န်ရှိသူများနှင့် တိုင်ပင်ကာ Reject Rate လျော့ကျစေရေး ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Material Raw အ၀င်များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ QC Team အား အရည်အသွေးစစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာ စံနုန်းများ၊ လုပ်ငန်းသုံးစက်ကိရိယာများ ကိုင်တွယ်အသုံးပြုမှုအား သင်ကြားပေးခြင်း။ QC Team အား စီမံခန့်ခွဲခြင်း။ ထုတ်ကုန်အရည်အသွေးစစ်ဆေးခြင်းဆိုင်ရာကိစ္စများ တာ၀န်ယူခြင်း။ သက်မှတ်စံချိန်စံနုန်းပြည့််မှီသော ထုတ်ကုန်များရရှိစေရန် ထုတ်လုပ်မှုပိုင်းဆိုင်ရာတာ၀န်ခံများနှင့် ညိနိုင်းဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
