Overview
You will be responsible for the day-to-day workshop operations in the service centre, leading, motivating and ensure performance of the team.

Responsibilities
-Allocate job orders to the team members
-Ensure the timely completion of all job items by the team members
-Approve material requisition
-Analyze personally and report the reasons of the return jobs
-Manage the documentation according to the CCM guidelines
-Monitor workmanship of the job completion
-Carry-out the diagnosis and repair (productive)
-Ensure the team members comply with the CCM repair/warranty procedures and guidelines
-Collect and disseminate technical information for the team members
-Supervise, motivate and guide team members and apprentices to ensure the productivity and efficiency of the daily operations
-Monitor the compliance with health, safety and legal regulations
-Monitor the team member compliance with the company policy and regulations
-Carry-out regular checks on the workshop equipments and tools
-Verify that all repair work has been completed correctly and that the vehicle is in a safe and roadworthy condition.
-Ensure the cleanliness and orderness in the workshop, meeting the company policy
-Other assign by HOD.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Any graduate (or) B.Tech, B.E (Mechanical, Mechatronics)
-Minimum 5 years working experience in the automotive workshop
-Good computer skills.
-Good command of English is a must.
-Supervisory working experience is preferred
-Profound knowledge of relevant Aftersales IT tools (e.g. WIS, STAR Diagnosis)
-Basic knowledge of statutory health, safety and legal regulations
-People management skills and Interpersonal skills
