POD
• To support the business and HRBPs in developing the workforce in a proactive manner to be able to deliver the business objectives of today and to prepare and adjust to meet the skills and capability needs of the future business, consistently targeting an increase in the quality of the OpCo resource pool.
• Responsible for local talent & performance management strategy, to define and manage the learning and development strategy for the OpCo, incl. Leadership Development, in close collaboration with Region/ Global. Responsible for training and education of employees.
HRBP for Supply Chain
• To support the business to achieve the HR strategic objectives, as set out in the HR Strategic Action Plan by acting as the bridge to represent the people agenda and to translate functional needs into HR actions and by acting as a service manager for the HR process execution in the line (recruitment, performance management, development, compensation, etc).
Key activities:
POD
People & Organisation Design
Provide org design guidance for OpCo restructure & ensure JDs are accurate
Monitor people engagement (climate)
Workforce development
Define future organisation and skills requirements
Collaborate with Region & Global POD to define (or localize where needed);talent and succession planning strategy, development & learning strategy, T&D offers, organise and deliver local talent management programme
Organise local training
Performance Management
Lead and embed the performance management processes & culture
HRBP for Supply Chain
Business Understanding
Act as a bridge to represent the people agenda and translate functional needs into HR actions
Act as a service manager for HR processes
Act as an intermediary between employer and employees
Workforce Planning & Org Design
Lead the review of workforce needs, skills audits and facilitate the identification on capability gaps
Lead succession planning
Design organisation & communications related to restructuring, in cooperation with business Recruitment
Execute the recruitment process for the area of responsibility
Performance & Talent
Secure the performance management process; Challenge performance ratings and ensure quality feedback & bell curve
Guide & ensure management of talent and poor performers with the Line Managers
Review employee KPIs & provide Line Managers guidance on actions
Lead Total Productive Management & POD pillar
Manage HR escalations and disputes

-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business or any other related field.
-Experience: minimum of 8 years of working experience in HR positions. A suitable candidate will also have some experience preferably in an organization within FMCG business. Strong understanding and experience working with multiple human resource disciplines, for example, employee relations, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, performance management, staffing, and state employment laws.
- Communication Skills: The position demands constant interactions with employees, management, and stakeholders throughout the business.
- Conflict resolution
- Microsoft Office: must be proficient in the use of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, all necessary for the creation of not only visually but verbally engaging materials, reports, presentations, and proposals for departmental heads and management, stakeholders as well as supporting personnel.
- Analytical Skills: capable of gathering and interpreting raw information and data, documenting findings, and drawing appropriate recommendations.
- Interpersonal Skills: helpful, calm and professional individual, have strong time management skills, have an ability to work on multiple simultaneous projects, have a keen eye for detail, be self-motivated working under minimal supervision, be proactive going beyond the call of duty, and demonstrate calmness during times of uncertainty.
- People Skills: be approachable and emphatic; people should feel comfortable forwarding concerns to and seeking advice from, working effectively with staff at all levels within the business.
