Description
Manage the organization’s training provision all aspects of respective departments especially Commercial Sales and Marketing, including identification of training needs and development and delivery of training courses and workshop.
Develop the training function in order to achieve and maintain accreditation and to ensure that training provided supports the aims and objective of the organization.

Requirements
1. Require competencies which need to apply appropriate training, process & methodologies for performance improvement.
2. Sourcing appropriate training vendors for delivering necessary training & maintain effective communication with them.
3. Develop and retain training material to the highest standards for internal and external courses.
4. Evaluate the programs meet training needs analysis (TNA) effectively.
5. Monitor & administrate training course and expenditures are within time frame and budget costs.
6. Assist immediate supervisor to draw training budget, plan & matrix.
7. Review & analysis of training vendors, materials and curriculum in order to align with our corporate objectives
8. Approach clients and tailor specific customer training courses to fit their specific requirements.
9. Ensure that all members of staff, new and existing, within the department and external to, are trained on the application to an appropriate level
10. Ensure that training requirements are adequately specified and documented
11. Ensure that activities are in line with divisional and corporate objectives
12. Acquire feedback on the courses needed for future planning/management information
13. Visit clients to discuss all training requirement to approach tailored training courses to fit their specific requirements.
