*Able to work any shift in 24/7 NOC environment.


-To provide installation, deployment and troubleshooting of server, storage, network appliances (routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, Microsoft & Linux servers, etc.).

-To provide network troubleshooting, operations support and escalations for the clients.

-Monitor and analyze the problem when fault happens.
-Prepare incident reports, including findings with analysis.

-Respond to incident calls and ensure the SLA to clients.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

-Diploma or Degree with relevant subjects it IT or equivalent.

-Minimum CCNA (R&S/Security), MCSA and should have good understanding of Routing/ Switching protocols, network security and DC infrastructure.
-JNCIA-SEC/ENT preferred.
Good to have working knowledge of Linux/Microsoft OS.

-Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills.

-Service-oriented, strong interpersonal skills and adaptable to a fast-paced dynamic environment.

-Must have troubleshooting skills.

-Must have experience in a telecommunications NOC environment.
-Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred.

-Must have excellent communication, self-motivated, good learning and working attitude.

-Able to work under pressure.

-Able to communicate in English.
