Management Trainee, COMMERCIAL (Sales & Marketing)

You will be a part of our commercial team, and help Nestle to delight consumers and customers everyday by understanding and taking our wining actions for brands, category growth, building stronger customer collaboration for mutual growth.

You will go through job rotations in Sales, Channel and Category Sales Development, and Brand Management. As a result, you will gain exposure and experience in Sales, and find out more about the dynamics and insights of different channels
and categories development and manage a particular product to deep drive into Marketing & Brand Management. Throughout the program, you will be assigned projects with a clear objective for deliverable, which will provide hands-on experience and build your strong functional skills and capabilities. Seniors managers and functional coaches

will do their best to coach and provide you with the opportunities to show your work, your progress and the results.

Management Trainee for Support Functions

(Human Resources, Supply Chain, Finance & Control)

Also, you will have unique learning experience to go through specialist areas of HR such as recruitment, organization development & training, compensation & benefits and our employee services teams, the group that ensures our

Supply Chain: Our supply chain function is re-inventing itself and becoming a true growth partner, making sure that everyone with customer contact is on board with our changes, partnering with Sales and strengthening our commitment to excellence.
All these changes mean we’re looking for a new breed of supply chain professional. Be a trainee, you will start by learning key areas of Supply Chain such as Demand & Supply Planning, Distribution, Import & Export, Procurement….Then, you can bring us closer to our customers by making sure our products are there at the right time in the right condition.



Finance and Accounting: Keeping on top of the figures keeps us on top of the competition. Join our Finance and Control team; you will learn an edge by accurate monitoring and reporting, and partnering business units and functions in strategic analysis. With a wide range of responsibilities spanning costing, accounting, budgeting and tax, we should have an opportunity for you whatever your finance background. Who are we looking for?



To constantly prepare the Company for future growth, Nestlé Myanmar is looking for young people with a view to long-term employment as a Management Trainee.



In this position, the trainees will go through 20-month intensive development program, which is specifically designed to equip them with Nestlé Corporate Business Principles as well as learn, groom and develop insights in businesses, culture and environment, field works and assignments. This may involve several moves from one function to the others. After that, the
trainees will assume a long-term career placement depending on his/her strengths, interest and aspiration.



To become our qualified Management Trainees, the ideal incumbents should have:

Myanmar Citizen
A Master’s Degree holder from leading local or international university with a proven track of academic record
A fresh graduate or those with maximum 2 years’ of work experience
Fluent in verbal and written English (Preferable iBT TOEFL 600, or IELTS 6.0)
Highly flexible and adaptable to diversity of cultures
