- Research markets and determines the best markets for selling the company’s products & services.
- Oversee the marketing budget for the whole company.
- Develop marketing and distribution strategies in line with the company’s objectives.
- Implement marketing campaigns in coordination with the marketing department of subsidiary companies and successfully
penetrated in the regional market for the new brand.
- Plan and implement advertising, promotional campaigns for each product.
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns to management.
- Monitor & lead the marketing teams of subsidiaries.
- Build a strong relationship with customers, business partners, agencies and suppliers.
- Developing sales action plans and monitor sales performance.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Bachelor degree in any discipline
• Master / Diploma in marketing or business administration is an advantage
• Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing field\
• Must be goal oriented, flexible and creative.
• Good knowledge of current marketing trends
• Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent in English spoken and written communication skills.
• Good at using Microsoft Office Applications.
• Ability to work under pressure
• Able to travel
