VACANCY
We are looking for a Project Manager to manage the development team. We are looking for a time-driven hands-on manager who can run projects from start to end within specific timeframe and budget.

RESPONSIBILITIES
The main responsibilities of this position are –

Project Estimation: Work closely with sales team, business analyst, CTO and development team members to produce the effort estimation in planned.

Project Planning: Document and manage all identified tasks, estimate effort and dependencies required to deliver the project. Ensuring that the plan is communicated to all stakeholders and team members through project requirement specification.

Resource Planning: Regularly update the overall project status, project team members, timeframe needed to complete while taking into consideration the skill level and general availability of the resource. Ensuring that the appropriate resources are booked to work on the project.

Client Liaison: Communicating progress, issues and risks to stakeholders and project sponsors

Tasks planning and Time Tracking: Create project plan and assign tasks to individual members with estimated start date and end date. Encourage and drive project members to use time tracking to help future project cost estimation.

Project Execution: Execute the project according to the project plan and review the quality of the work completed with the project team on a regular basis to ensure that it meets the project standards.

Project Delivery: Ensure that the project deliverable are on time, within budget at the required level of quality.

Projects Team Meeting: Attend regular weekly project team meeting to update project status with project managers and discuss impediments, how to overcome the issues, client relationship in each project as well as team member’s work related situation.

Projects Prioritization: Ability to prioritize, manage multiple projects, and execute in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with a strong work ethic and ownership mentality.

Financial Reporting: To produce the financial status report of the projects to project director.

Recruitment: Identify the resources needed for the upcoming projects and communicate with the project director, general manager and HR to find the right fit for the company.

Supervising/Training the resources: To train and supervise the team members technical and non-technical related topics to improve team member’s performance in project.

Self improvement planning: Identify weak points and strong points to discuss with project director, project managers to plan for self growth which will help in company’s operation.

Result oriented approach: Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Other work related duties as assigned by supervisors.

DESIRED PROFILE
We are looking for applicants with the following profile:

Minimum 1 year of prior project management experience
Minimum 2 years of web (and/or) mobile development experience
Good analytical skills and communication skills (both Myanmar and English)
Ability to build strong customer/internal relationships
Knowledge/Executional experience on Agile Project Management
