• Ensure and maintain quality standard of Jotun’s products by monitoring and improving quality control (QC) activities in the laboratory, and following this up by measuring and reporting relevant KPIs including Right First Time (RFT).
• Ensure proper quality of incoming Raw Materials (RM) by reviewing quality certification, and arrange for quality sampling and testing when needed.
Manage product complaints investigation and provide feedback to Sales and Distribution Department.
• Oversee product quality and follow up with QC technicians regarding various Quality Check (QC) tests on batches in order to ensure compliance to QC guidelines.

- English proficiency is a must.
