- Invite quotation to Sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Can calculate detail measurement as per Tender drawings correctly and quickly.
- Can clarify quantities and unit price of Sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Negotiating the cost of project with Sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Investigating prices of construction material in local market and neighbor country market.
- Preparation of contracts, including details regarding quantities of required materials on-going cost analysis of maintenance and repair work.
- Site visits, assessments and projections for future work.
- Assist in certifying the works carried out by the contractor and as directed by the Project Manager.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Must be degree holder in Civil Engineering.
- Able to work with temporary contract (6 months from starting date).
- Must have more than 3 years experience in Building Construction Company.
- Can read, write and speak English well.
- Must have good communication skill with internal and external.
- Need to have good negotiation skill with suppliers and sub-contractor.
- Need to work overtime when necessary
- Need to have good reporting skill.
- Must have good communication skills and good business Manner.
- Can join the work immediately.
