- Monitor and control customer service and product quality
- Maintain physical environment of restaurant ensuring it is clean and sanitary both inside and out.
- Ensure staff understand and maintain appropriate food safety standards and handling procedures.
- Conduct point of sale opening and closing activities, ensuring POS initialization, cash set-up procedures and register reconciliations are conducted accurately
- Cooperate with head office for marketing and operation activities
- Ensure restaurant operations are running efficiently
- Completing operating checklists as required.
- Managing all restaurant systems to maximize customers delights

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Any Degree and more prefer F & B certificate

- Must have (5) years in food services field (better to have experience in working at franchise chains)
- Have Good knowledge in MS Office & English
- Work hard as well as work smart type
