An Excellent Opportunity for ...

• Develop and create new design concepts on School Posters (School /Class room inside and outside), Banner, Vinyl, School PE Court Vinyl, School Notice Poster, School Newsletter, Students and Staffs ID cards, YA official Letterhead and name cards in accordance with YA Brand Guideline
• Update on YA Facebook all activities such as Sport, Event and Seminar
• Photo take key school events (this will include evenings and occasional weekends) and photo take for Student ID and Staff ID
• Prepare design, order and printing process of all YA events for the whole School Year (such as Ticket, Invitation Card, Certificate, Backdrop Banner, Small Banner, School Promotional Item)
• Liaise with School Year Book team
• Liaise with HR Manager to draw Organisation Chart, Training & award Certificate and order Staffs ID.
• Amend final designs with management comments and gain full approval to print
• Help build positive relations within the team and external parties (i.e supplier
• Other tasks to be specified that are associated with the varied nature of the role.
• Other duties that assigned by management

• At least (3) years’ experience in design field
• Proficient in MS Office, In Design, Illustrator, Photoshop, Internet and Email, etc, …
• Able to work regarding time, costs and deadlines
• Ability to interact, communicate, present ideas and creativity, visually minded and eye for design
• Detail oriented and efficient
• Bachelor degree holder
