  • Checking and analysing the service impact and hardware alarm at Tx ( ATN & RTN ).
  • Supporting the integration and configuration for new site. 
  • Technical support to onsite FE team while rectifying the alarm.
  • Reporting to CC team for all critical outage at Transmission.
  • Analysing the service impact and time schedule for the change request activity of fiber vendor.
  • Monitorning and analysing the KPI of fiber and MW.
  • Follow and chasing up the fiber vender for all critical outage.
  • Co-operate chasing the vendor for critical incident.
  • Handling for all Tx new operational and incident activity if receive the changes from planning team.
  • Doing the weekly incident report of fiber and MW

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Transmission Planning: 3 Year minimum
  • Transmission Operations: 2-year Minimum
  • Preferred CCNA/ CCNP/ CCNP Routing & Switching background
  • Working knowledge of L2 and L3 Routing and Switching is required
  • Skills in Configuring and troubleshooting routers and switches is advantage
  • Working knowledge of IP MPLS Network architecture with respect to telecom is preferred
  • Working knowledge on Microwave, fibre and transmission technologies is required
