Lead, mentor, and inspire the IT team to deliver on business goals and vision.

Oversee all day-to-day IT operations and activities.

Develop & enforce strong policies, procedures, and standards to safeguard application and data integrity.

Ensure robust security across data, network access, and systems.

Manage IT budget, forecast needs, oversee cash flow, and ensure cost efficiency.

Align infrastructure with current and future business needs.

Monitor network performance & utilization; implement measures to optimize reliability, speed, and availability.

Evaluate, recommend, and procure hardware/software solutions.

Maintain and manage server rooms, network equipment, and all related infrastructure.

Provide onsite and remote IT support to PME & Inter‑Companies users.

Coordinate with suppliers for IT solutions, office setups, support, and equipment procurement.

Plan and execute new system/network setups and implementations per requirements.

Keep documentation up to date, including hardware, software, network inventories, and computer deployments.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

5‑8 years of progressive experience in IT roles, with at least 2‑3 years in leadership or management.

Proven track record managing IT operations, infrastructure (networks, servers, backups), security, and maintaining high uptime.

Strong understanding of cybersecurity best practices, data privacy, and risk management.

Hands‑on experience in network architecture, system deployment, vendor management, hardware & software procurement.

Ability to define, implement, and enforce IT policies and standards.

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring cost‑effectiveness in IT spending.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Able to work with stakeholders at all levels.

Strong analytical mindset; capability to handle multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

Familiarity with remote support, asset documentation, and maintenance of IT inventory.

Certifications such as ITIL, CISSP, or equivalent are advantageous.
