We are looking for Head of Products and Service Management who is responsible for leading the overall product vision, strategy, and execution across the organization’s financial and payment product portfolio. This role oversees the Product Management Team, Product Support Team, and MIS Team to ensure seamless delivery, continuous improvement, and operational excellence of all products and systems. He/ she will collaborate with cross-functional teams - including Technology, Business, Operations, Risk, and Compliance - to define long-term roadmaps, enable data-driven decision-making, and ensure high-quality, scalable product delivery in a fast-paced environment and reporting to Head of Business Unit.
Key Responsibilities
1. Leadership & Strategic Direction
- Define and evolve the organization’s multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals.
- Lead and mentor the Product Management, Product Support, and MIS teams to ensure high performance, ownership, and professional growth.
- Establish best practices, processes, and frameworks for prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement across all product levels.
2. Product Portfolio Ownership
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of all products—brainstorming, validation, development, launch, monitoring.
- Ensure strong alignment between product strategy and development while maintaining quality, scalability, and compliance.
- Ensure that product reporting, traceability, documentation, and compliance requirements are consistently met.
4. Data-Driven Management & MIS Oversight
- Oversee the MIS team to ensure timely and accurate reporting, dashboards, and analytics for product performance and business decision-making.
- Establish KPIs, track product performance, and drive decisions based on product metrics and insights.
- Ensure that product monitoring tools and reporting frameworks are in place to evaluate product success and operational health.
5. Support & Operational Excellence
- Supervise the Product Support team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations, timely incident resolution, and effective communication with stakeholders.
- Oversee root cause analysis for recurring issues and collaborate with relevant teams to prevent recurrence.
- Ensure that all product journeys and operational processes are deeply understood, well-tested, and consistently optimized.
6. Stakeholder Communication & Executive Reporting
- Present product updates, strategic proposals, roadmaps, and performance reports to senior management and executive leadership.
- Act as the primary point of escalation for product, support, and MIS-related decisions.
