An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Supervise daily M&E operations, preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.
  • Ensure smooth operation of electrical systems, generators and mechanical equipment.
  • Respond to breakdowns and troubleshoot issues promptly.
  • Allocate tasks to technicians and monitor performance.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to M&E team members.
  • Ensure maintenance works comply with safety standards, electrical regulations, and company policies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and report safety incidents.
  • Maintain equipment logs, service reports, and spare parts consumption records.
  • Reduce unnecessary energy usage and operational costs.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree BE, AGTI (EP, MP)
  • 3-5 years of experience in M&E, facilities maintenance, or engineering operations.
  • Able to use computer Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Email, etc.,).
  • Strong knowledge of electrical systems, control panels, and mechanical equipment.
  • Must have knowledge of aircon and refrigerator maintenance.
  • Familiarity with safety regulations and lockout-tagout procedures.
  • Strong communication, teamwork, supervision, problem solving and reporting skills.
  • Good time management and task prioritization.
