● Identify and follow up on sales opportunities online , on site ( events ,education fairs and so on ) and off site according to strategic plan
● Identify and understand customers’ needs and provide solutions on how our services can address them .
● Process sales through to full payment.
● Provide ongoing support to customers with customer service department ● Respond to customer enquiries as needed.
● Record information as required and maintain accurate records.
● Ensure important information is transmitted to relevant staff and departments ● Strong awareness of working field and adapt to evolving market trends
