The Senior Brand Executive is responsible for supporting and driving the development, execution, and monitoring of brand plans espically for consumer careline, ensuring to handle and care for consumers enquiry/ complaints to satisfaction and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives. 

  • Manage for consumer Careline operation to be effective and efficient. Manage for Careline operations teams who handle for complaints, inbound, outbound calls and response to consumers from social media platforms.
  • Plan and execute to support business agenda with consumer care & engagement.
  • Conduct market analysis, consumer insights, and competitor reviews to guide brand decisions

  • Assist in new product development, packaging updates, and product lifecycle management

  • Manage brand budgets and ensure efficient spending and take in charge for marketing team payment process on time.
  • Collaborate closely with creative, media, and digital agencies to ensure high-quality and on-brand communication.

  • Track and optimize campaign performance based on data and insights.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in brand management or FMCG/Consumer Care or agency. (preferably in the food, nutrition, or beverage category).

  • Experience working with multinational brands is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of brand management principles and FMCG market dynamics.
  • Solid analytical, presentation, and project-management skills.

  • Good command of English and Myanmar language.

  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
