  • Responsible for managing the sales activities of GP channel in Yangon Area and ensuring and leading all the execution of marketing plans and programs effectively.
  • Responsible for leading a team of medical representatives who will be dedicated to meeting or exceeding sales objectives and building welltimed and effective management and communication with both the team members and customers relationship.
  • Identifies business opportunities where can have competitive advantages with key large practices, physicians, the community and other decisionmakers.
  • Identifies and analyzes update market and competitor’s situation and inform to the Marketing Team and also support with creative activity ideas.
  • Compose monthly plan of teams and propose to Medical Sales Manager.
  • Responsible for the recruiting, training, developing and leadership of the team assigned to.
  • Responsible for staffing region with high quality individuals through an aggressive program of recruiting selection, training and development.
  • Reviews and analyzes revises, communicates and implements Company’s sales policies and procedures through the leadership and execution of the sales team in a direct sale in growing pharmaceutical market job requirements.

  • Any graduate (Professional related certification is preferred)
  • Male/Female
  • Age above 25 years old
  • Have experience in GP Channel of Yangon
  • At least 3 years of experience in related field
  • Able to travel outside of Yangon
  • Must be able to cooperate with the association in accordance with the
    company's rules and regulations.
