Human Resources Report directly to the Managing Director. Manage recruitment and selection processes, including onboarding and employee documentation. Handle employee attendance, leave records, overtime records, payroll, calculation , and HR coordination tasks. Analyze HR-related issues and provide appropriate solutions. Ensure employee management complies with Myanmar Labor Law and government regulations. Calculate and process Social Security Board (SSB) contributions. Provide HR advisory support to department heads. Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and confidential information. Administration Supervise office maintenance, cleaning, security management, and daily administrative operations. Manage office supplies, procurement processes, and budget submissions. Coordinate meetings, schedules, company events, and important business meetings. Supervise travel plans, transportation, visa applications, airport pick-up services, and accommodation for foreign business partners, expatriate staff, and local experts. Obtain foreign visa applications for employees travelling overseas. Manage company vehicle maintenance, fuel consumption calculations, and transportation monitoring. Coordinate with Port Authorities and agents regarding imported goods, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements. Support management and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.

Prepare HR-related documents, reports Assist in HR Recruitment & Selection processes. Administrative Support Coordinate office maintenance, office supplies. Prepare administrative documents, reports, and meeting materials. Systematically maintain office records, files, and meeting minutes. Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and staff activities. Coordinate travel arrangements, transportation, visa applications, airport pick-up services, and accommodation for foreign business partners and local experts. Assist with visa applications for both local and expatriate staff travelling overseas. Record and monitor company vehicle maintenance, usage, and related documentation. Coordinate with Port Authorities, government offices, and agents regarding import goods, customs clearance, and transportation arrangements. Support smooth day-to-day office operations and perform other duties assigned by management.
