Develop architectural concepts, design schemes, and presentation materials based on project briefs and client requirements.

Produce detailed architectural drawings, plans, elevations, sections, and 3D visualizations using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, or Rhino.

Prepare mood boards, material palettes, and design presentations to communicate design intent effectively.

Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design teams to ensure technical accuracy and design integration.

Assist in preparing schematic design, design development, and construction documentation phases.

Support project architects in preparing permit drawings, tender documents, and construction details.

Participate in design reviews and workshops to refine concepts and ensure compliance with project goals, codes, and standards.

Conduct site visits to review construction progress, verify dimensions, and ensure design fidelity.

Research innovative materials, building systems, and sustainable design strategies for project applications.

Collaborate with clients, consultants, and contractors to address design queries and resolve technical issues.

Ensure all deliverables align with company quality standards, local regulations, and client expectations.

Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.

More than 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, planning, and detailing.

Strong design and visualization skills with a keen eye for form, proportion, and spatial quality.

Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite; experience with 3ds Max, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.

Solid understanding of building materials, construction methods, and architectural detailing.

Good knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and technical standards.

Experience developing full design packages—from concept design to construction documentation.

Strong communication, teamwork, and presentation skills.

Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Experience in large-scale residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects.

Familiarity with sustainable design principles, green building certifications (LEED, WELL, etc.), and energy-efficient design strategies.

Basic knowledge of BIM workflows and coordination with structural and MEP systems.
