- Make the calls (50-70)customers for payment follow up- Deliver the Service Invoices to customers (around 200pcs per month)- Determines requirements by working with customers.- Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.- Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.- Prepares weekly report (Notice letters) for supervisor as required- Updates daily call and reports to AR- Any other jobs assigned by superior

• Understanding of customer services• Team player and independent• Able to self-review & take feedback and improve• Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-paced working environment• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point)• Good English Skill (Both written and spoken)• Any Bachelor degree in related field• Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant industry or customer service experience
