Assistant Vice President (Risk Department)

  • Support to implement bank’s enterprise risk management policy aimed to provide level of assurance to achieve bank’s strategic objectives and direction
  • Monitor and prepare report on bank-wide Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) against stipulated risk appetites across all risk types and then inform status to Head of ERM
  • Collaborate with internal risk management sections and other departments to collect risk exposure data to make sure exposures are maintained within respective appetites
  • Monitor performance of risk officers and risk owners
  • Support supervisors on organizational stress tests
  • Summarize and interpret risk reports from different departments
  • Any other relevant tasks that stipulated by supervisors

လိုအပ်သောအရည်အချင်း

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or other relevant academic backgrounds
  • Have at least 2-3 years of working experience in banking or financial industry (Training on risk management is preferable!)
  • Understanding of Central bank of Myanmar (CBM) regulations and instructions, enterprise performance metrics, ratios, risk indicators
  • General understanding of banking business, products and services (understanding of banking MIS reports is preferable!)
  • Capability to summarize and interpret risk reports from different departments
  • Computer literate and proficiency in English
