  • Report to the Department Manager on Warehouse Maintenance issues, Generator, Lighting, Material Handling Equipment on time and in good condition.
  •  Monitor the maintenance of operational records.
  • Monitor the compliance of the WH Layout Plan to ensure easy and correct storage of goods in the Warehouse.
  •  Monitor the storage pattern and work instruction to prevent loss of goods.
  •  Monitor the accuracy of the warehouse inventory and ground inventory.
  •  Monitor the proper storage of goods in the Warehouse.
  • Prepare and submit policies and procedures for receiving, issuing, and storing goods to the Department Manager.
  •  Monitor the updating of SAP and Excel lists and their consistency with the ground inventory.
  •  To strictly manage the HSE related to the warehouse.
  • To take responsibility and resolve any discrepancies in the inventory of goods on the ground.

  • Must be 30 years of age or older.
  •  Graduate, Diploma in Logistic & Supply Chain Management preferred.
  •  Must have (5) years of experience in Warehouse Management.
  • Must be proficient in Computer Microsoft, Advanced Excel, Power Point.
  •  Must have People Management Skills, Negotiations Skills.
  •  Must have good communication skills, problem solving skills, decision making & leadership skills, reporting skills, time management, health & safety management, interpersonal skills, conflict management & risk management.
