At Carlsberg Myanmar, we’re excited to offer a unique Trainee Program that provides hands-on exposure to the full beer manufacturing process—from Brewing & Processing, Packaging, Maintenance & Utility Operations, to Quality Control.

This immersive program is designed to attract and develop future talents in the beverage industry. Trainees will work alongside experienced professionals and gain practical knowledge in:

• Beer product development and brewing techniques
• Packaging systems and operational efficiency
• Equipment maintenance and utility optimization
• Quality assurance across every production stage

Core Responsibilities

• Supporting the operational and technical activities across brewing & processing, packaging, maintenance, utility and quality control at brewery facilities according to the specialized educational background of the candidate.
• Assist in operating and maintaining of brewing and packaging machinery
• Collaborate with technicians and operators on daily manufacturing tasks
• Participate in manufacturing system implementations in terms of 5S, safe workplace, waste elimination
• Participate in improvement projects aimed at enhancing efficiency and quality

• Fresh Graduate in Engineering or AGTI, B.Tech, B.E., B.Eng., or Science majors related to Chemistry
• Basic and theocratical understanding of Engineering and Science
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Familiar with Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Able to communicate in English
