Main Job Objective

To manage accounting operations, ensure financial accuracy, support audits, lead the Finance and Accounting Team, and maintain compliance with tax regulations and company policies.

Job Scope

• Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounting and financial operations for the Head Office in Myanmar and overseas branches.
• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial analyses for decision-making purposes.
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, fund allocation, and payment transactions for local and international projects.
• Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and proper financial documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities to ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Review and approve account reconciliations, journal entries, and financial records to maintain strong internal controls.
• Supervise and support accounting team members, providing guidance on daily accounting operations and financial reporting requirements.
• Develop and implement accounting procedures, financial controls, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Support the Finance Manager/Head of Finance in financial planning, forecasting, and strategic financial management.
• Perform other finance and accounting responsibilities assigned by management.

• • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • LCCI Level III, ACCA Part I/II, CPA, or other relevant accounting qualifications preferred.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of relevant accounting and finance experience, preferably in a managerial or supervisory role.
  • Experience handling multi-country accounting operations is a strong advantage.
  • Good English communication skills for coordination with international audit teams and overseas branches.
  • Strong understanding of financial reporting, taxation, audit processes, and internal controls.
  • Knowledge of tax laws and financial regulations in Malaysia, Thailand, and Cambodia is a strong advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills.

Performance Monitor

• Accuracy and timeliness of financial reports and monthly closing activities.
• Effective management of cash flow, payments, and project advance expenses.
• Compliance with tax regulations, statutory requirements, and audit standards.
• Successful coordination with foreign branches, auditors, and external stakeholders.
• Effectiveness of internal financial controls and process improvements.
• Timely submission of management reports and financial analyses.
