  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements.
  • Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI, Jasper, or other BI tools.
  • Write and optimize SQL queries for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.
  • Optimize DAX queries and Power BI performance for large datasets.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy across all reports.
  • Automate recurring reports and streamline reporting processes for efficiency.
  • Maintain proper documentation of data sources, report logic, and business rules.
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting and data analysis support to management and business users.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements (e.g., CBM, MMCB).
  • Troubleshoot data/reporting issues and provide timely resolutions.

  • Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in data reporting, BI development, MIS.
  • Strong SQL skills (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, MySQL, etc.).
  • Experience with Power BI (preferred), Jasper Reports, or other BI/reporting tools.
  • Understanding data modeling, ETL, and integration concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of banking/financial services data (preferred)
  • Good communication and documentation skills.
