Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve division sales, profit, and market share targets.
Lead, motivate, and manage the division team including Lower Myanmar Sales Team, product development, and supply chain functions.
Oversee product portfolio management, including new product launches and lifecycle management.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, suppliers, and other partners.
Drive marketing and promotional strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Analyze sales data and customer feedback to inform decision-making and improve product offerings.
Foster a culture of innovation, customer focus, and continuous improvement within the division.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field;
Proven experience (at least 3 years) in a managerial role within the cosmetics, personal care, or related industry.
Demonstrated success in sales growth, product management, and team leadership.
Excellent strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills.
High level of professionalism, adaptability, and result-oriented mindset.
