Project Execution & Governance

• Own the delivery lifecycle of strategic IT projects from initiation to closure
• Define project charters, plans, and execution roadmaps in alignment with business goals
• Ensure structured governance through milestone tracking, stage-gate reviews, and risk controls

Cross-Functional Leadership

• Coordinate across Business Analysts, Solution Architects, Developers, QA, and third-party vendors
• Orchestrate interdependencies between systems and departments to avoid delivery delays
• Empower technical teams to focus on engineering while ensuring timelines and quality standards are met

Stakeholder Management

• Serve as the point of accountability for project delivery to C-level executives and business unit heads
• Manage expectations, resolve conflicts, and ensure alignment across verticals

Risk, Compliance & Quality Control

• Proactively manage risks, constraints, and scope changes with minimal disruption
• Ensure projects meet regulatory, cybersecurity, and data governance standards

Operational Excellence

• Apply best practices in project methodology (Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall depending on context)
• Continuously improve delivery velocity, resource utilization, and reporting accuracy

• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, IT or related field
• PMP®, PRINCE2®, or Agile certification is preferred.
• 6+ years managing complex IT projects across industries (financial services, retail, healthcare, etc.)
• Proven delivery record in a group/corporate-level role with cross-sector scope
• Strong vendor management and contract oversight experience
• Excellent leadership and organizational skills
• High emotional intelligence and stakeholder diplomacy
• Comfortable using project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.)
• Strong documentation and executive communication skills
