To provide advice/ support /suggest and guides technically to Belga clients (broiler farmers) during the brooding period (first 7 days after delivery of the DOCs to farmers), regarding data collection and all aspects related to farm management.
-Work with clients to develop an appropriate onsite data collection system. ,-To assist and instruct farmers in performing flock data analysis.-Farm visit to different regions urgently if needed. -To provide reports to Bel Ga's management with conclusions on Bel Ga's DOC's performance in Myanmar broiler market.

COMPANY PURPOSE: Technical support to Bel Ga client farms. TEAM PURPOSE: Technical support to customer's farms. 
-Build sound relationship with customers,dealers and farmers. -Receive customer feedback and solve complaints. -Cooperate and good communicate with De Heus Myanmar team and Bel Ga Myanmar team.-Regular reporting to senior technical sales support.

JOB PURPOSE: Technical support to Bel Ga client farms especially brooding period (the first 7 days). Then, generally support till the end farm close.-Collect Bel Ga and competitor's performance to be analyzed. -Update competitor survey in market situation and solve the customer's complaint.

POST HOLDER REPORT TO: Senior Technical Sales Support.

Skill Set/ Profile: More prefer graduated in Veterinary Science. At least two years working experience in related field. Flexible, accountable, detailed oriented. & Strong Communication, presentation and reporting skills Independent Problem Solving Veterinarian with a technical focus Team Player English skill 

JOB SPECIFICATION:

-Record, analyze and report competitor results.
-Weekly update poultry market information in the format being used by the company. Inform Senior Technical sales support about market potentials and threads by analyzing the market situation.
-Report to senior technical sales support and inform immediately if any disease challenges in client's farms.
-Responsible to consolidate a relationship with customers.
-Report daily and weekly to Senior Technical Sales Support in technical template.
-Other duties assigned by MD.
