Job Description for Ramp Officer, Ground Operations Department

  • Oversee all ramp operations related to aircraft arrival and departure.

  • Ensure timely and safe loading and unloading of baggage, cargo, and mail.

  • Conduct ramp safety inspections and ensure all staff use personal protective equipment (PPE).

  • Report and document any incidents, damages, or safety breaches immediately.
