We offer a developmental, play-based international curriculum that nurtures children's social, emotional, physical, and intellectual growth through MI and STEAM approaches.

We are seeking enthusiastic Assistant Teachers to support lead teachers in delivering engaging lessons, supervising children, and creating a safe, nurturing classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities (Summary)

•  Assist in lesson planning and preparation.
•  Support small-group and one-on-one student learning.
•  Help conduct lessons and follow classroom policies.
•  Take attendance and maintain student records.
• Run the class independently when the teacher is absent.
•  Supervise children during all activities (play, meals, transitions).
•  Maintain a clean, organized, and engaging classroom.
• Implement positive behavioral guidance.
•  Observe and document children's progress.
•  Communicate with parents when needed.
•  Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
•  Support school events and enrollment activities.

• · Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Education, or any relevant field.
• · Experience: 1–2 years preferred, but fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• · Certificate: Not required – on-the-job training will be provided.
• · Skills: Passion for children, good communication, patient, energetic, team player.
• · Language: Fluent in English (Myanmar is a plus).

Working Hours

• Mon–Fri: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sat: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
